Client Responsibilities

- Supply required content, images, audio, video, and approvals on time
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
Delays in client response may affect project delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final website deliverables, unless otherwise agreed. 2D Software reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed project scope. Additional changes or new features outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, plugins, hosting, or services. 2D Software is not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
2D Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments made are non-refundable for work already completed.
